  Hi Support
  Normally I work with WordPress on my own servers. But now I have to help http://www.cofurdenmark.com design their site.
  When I log in, WordPress doesn’t look like what I usually see… ?
  It’s like a skin has been built on top!
  I’m having a hard time navigating here when I’m used to the normal look.
  How do I switch back to a basic installation?

  It sounds like you’re looking for the classic editor view. Is that right? The only way to use that is as a plugin. To use plugins on WordPress.com you will want our business plan.
