WordPress Mailpoet pending authorisation

Hello, I have had my website and wordpress account for a while now and have not been authorised to use MailPoet to email my email subscribers.
I have tried to login to the wordpress.org website to then raise a question in the forum so that I can ask about my pending approval, however when I try to login to the forum it states that I do not have a wordpress account.
I am trying to login here and ask a question: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailpoet/
Please can you help with my login and pending approval for mailpoet.

We are not able to help with MailPoet requests since they are managed by a separate team from our WordPress.com Happiness Engineers, but it may help if I clarify that the wordpress.org forum uses it’s own login system and does not share a login with your site or with your account here on wordpress.com.
The good news is that you can create a free account at any time here: https://login.wordpress.org/register
Once you have created your .org login, you will be able to post on the MailPoet forums without issue: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailpoet/
