WordPress market-theme advice

  Hello,

  After browsing on google the whole day without any results, I decided to post here.
  *spoiler alert: i’m a wordpress noob, just yesterday I setup xampp+wordpress+woocomerce

  My goal is to create a local-marketplace-website that allows people to sell used products they own(second hand items). The site will not handle any payments, users will only be able to advertise their products. If any buyers are interested, the vendor will take care of the sell offline(buyer+vendor can discuss the arrangements, meeting in person, using postal services, etc)

  The main idea is that the website will not handle any payments, the goal is to allow vendors to promote their products and allow interested buyers to get in touch with the vendors.

  In oder words, I want an online-advertising-website.

  So my question is if there is any specific term to call such a theme, because I browsed a lot of themes and all market-related themes are including payment feature.

  I would ask for a theme name but probably that is against the rules here.. so any hints on how I could find such a theme?

  Im interested in the following features:
  – user profiles
  – users can add products from the site-frontend
  – user-profiles ratings and user-profile comments are allowed
  – product comments are allowed
  – personal messages between the users are allowed
