Hi there!
To migrate your content to a self-hosted WordPress site, you will need to export the content. To do so, go to your WordPress.com WP Admin, go to Tools → Export and download an XML file of all of your content.
Here is a link to the step by step guide for the migration:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
If you are moving to a WordPress partnered host, there is an option for a guided transfer if you feel you need help migrating everything. The following link will give you more info on this:

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Its working fine but if you see page in hostgator server the images url are still of my site from wordpress.com that means images are still loading from wordpress.com. How ever using export xml the images in the content of posts are not migrated to my hostgator server. Please help how can i do this.
Also can i install plugin in my wordpress.com site ? or can i modify my template files of theme in wordpress.com site.
Thanks.

You’re welcome!
During the import process to your new self-hosted site, you should have seen a button appear on the import page that asked if you wanted to import the images. Did you see it? If so did you click on it? That might take care of your problem if you did not.
Also, in the export guide it mentions the following:
Note: This will ONLY export your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags; uploads and images may need to be manually transferred to the new blog. The current version of the WordPress.org installation gives you the option to import uploaded files, but the blog you are importing from must be live and serving images properly in order for it to work. So, do not delete your blog until after media files have successfully been imported into the new blog.
If you are planning to export your content to another blog platform, it’s best to download and save your images from your WordPress.com Media Library before trying to import/upload them into the new blog.
I would also suggest that as you are moving to a self-hosted site that you also seek support at the WordPress.org forums. That is where they deal with all the self-hosted issues. Please check it out at:

Thank you and I hope this helps!

Also, regarding your question about plugins and theme mods:
The short answer is no. WordPress.com includes a lot of functionality from the most popular plugins. For various security reasons, etc. they do not allow users to install them. In order to install your own plugins you would need to have a self-hosted site.
You can only modify themes if you are on a premium or business plan.

What i need to do is i need to sharpsring tracking code to my website, how can i do that.
