WordPress member cannot be added to my blog?

  I invited someone who already has a worpress.com blog. When he tries to get into the invite I sent him to join my blog it sends him to a page to start a blog. Any clues how I can help him be able to join my blog?

  He need to register an account on your blog and then you have to give him permissions to post,… (If you want to of course)
