WordPress Memory Exhausted Error –

  I am having issues with my sites PHP memory. Every time I attempt to edit the homepage I get a critical error and am unable to. I am lost when it comes to phpMyAdmin in how to manage, update, erase duplicates etc. Please advise and assist in anyway possible. I requested assistance a couple of days ago but have not received a response.
