WordPress Menu Edit Not allowing me to drag items

    I am currently having some issues trying to drag menu items to move them but drag and drop function doesn’t appear to be working. I am unable to drag to indent a new menu item. When I click the item, it cannot be selected and just highlights the items.
    I have never had these issues before and suspect it has something to do with the Themler Theme the site is built on. Hoping someone might have some insight.

    Hi there!

    What browser do you use? Have you checked if it does work correctly on another one?
    Could you also please confirm the URL of the site you’re working on? To use a third-party theme on WordPress.com, you’d need plan Business, and I don’t see any on your account.
