WordPress menu is suddenly invalid.

  wordpress menu pages are suddenly invalid and I have no idea why. cant even access or see the pages. Is this due to a random plugin update like woocommerce. I have absolutely no idea what is going on as this happened suddenly without me doing anything. no posts are in my deleted section or “recover”.
