  Your instructions say: If you would like to disable mobile themes on your blog, go to Appearance → Mobile in your WP Admin dashboard and select “No” for “Enable mobile theme” option.

  However, ‘Mobile’ is not an option on my wordpress admin menu under ‘Appearance.’ I also can’t seem to find it anywhere else.

  Just check on left hand side there is appearance tab just hover on that tab the list will be display and in the list last item will be mobile. Check here in the screenshot link below:
