wordpress modification on the root server
-
I have asked for help several times but since wordpress.com is the hosting site you all have sent me away. I have now talked to wordpress.org, jetpack.com, and paid a technician to look at my website (www.everydaycrazylife.com). The error has been identified and it is on your behalf. It is a wordpress modification on the root server. Your server did not allow any of the above mentioned to fix. I am sorely disappointed that your team did not look into my error and just sent me away. Please fix.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, here are the current nameservers for your site everydaycrazylife.com
Name Servers
ns1.ipage.com
ns2.ipage.comYour site is hosted with ipage and is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom. As was previously mentioned in your other threads, WordPress and WordPressdotcom are separate entities.

Hello again, WordPress.org is not a web hosting provider. It is the place you can download the free WordPress software to set up on your web hosting provider. In order to set up any website you need 2 things, a software program, such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc., and a place to install that software, i.e. web hosting.
The WordPressdotcom platform (where we are ) is a specialized version of the WordPress software. You don’t have to install anything here and it is ready to use out of box. All you need to do is set up an account, register a free website name and you’re ready to go. (In that sense, it is similar to sites like Blogger.)
It may help to clear the muddle if you take a moment to read our support guide to the differences between WordPressdotcom and the open source WordPress software. You can find that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are still having issues with your WordPress site after contacting your web hosting provider, I suggest searching the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for similar issues, or, if you don’t have one, register a user account so you can post there.
Best wishes and good luck for your site.
