WordPress Multisite

    Hi,

Was hoping someone could clarify something for me. I am planning on purchasing say 4 separate themes. Structure will be

    http://www.mainsite.com
    site1.mainsite.com
    site2.mainsite.com
    site3.mainsite.com
    site4.mainsite.com

If all the themes have different signup functions, how will wordpress multisite handle this? What i am trying to achieve is 1 login for all sites. So if say the user signs up on site3.mainsite.com and then go’s to another site, can i have it so he is still logged in on that one? Also they will be using forms to post items in different sections of the sites which they will be paying for, any ideas?

    Regards,
    Alan

You are posting to the wrong support forums. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Then go to Create a Network at http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network
