WordPress multisite

  Basically i run a grocery store. I am planning to expand it to new zone. In the new zone prices may vary. Can i run a wordpress multisite with same database so that user registering in the new site can login to the parent site and vice versa.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
