WordPress nameserver refuses to answer

Hey guys,
Im experiencing a problem. I want to redelegate a nameserver from ns1.gratisdns.dk to ns1.wordpress.com but everytime I try it says: The name server says it refuses to give an answer. I want to transfer my blog to falsner.dk – Does anybody know how I solve this? I have googled everything. No help =( Hope you can help

Hi Joen. If you are trying to map a .dk domain name (or any other domain name that does not end in .com, .net or .org), you need staff’s intervention. Details here:

How do I get staffs intervention? I am a huge newbie in this terrain, so I cant get anyfurther with the domain.

Normally, you’d click on the “contact support” link provided in the link above.
However, since that form is temporarily disabled until Monday, I tagged this thread so that staff looks at it and adds a zone record for falsner.dk.

Okay thanks. So I can expect my problem to be solved as soon as wordpress support notes this thread?

The staff does check the forum on a regular basis even when the contact form is closed, the staff is trying to work off a backlog of service requests.
Patience, the staff here has a good record of helping.

I have manually added a zone record for your domain.
