WordPress new 4.7.2 update completely locked me out

  I keep a blog on wordpress and after the automatic update I am completely locked out and keep getting Error 500 no matter what links I use. The update seemed to overwrite something I already had index.php. It updated automatically but there seems to be no one I can contact to make it go back to the way it was. The site is wordpress.com/mandyrosko

  I need this fixed, who can I talk to to fix this?
