WordPress News comments box problem

  I was reading “Meet Studio: Your New Favorite Way to Develop WordPress Locally” and I noticed there were a few users posting support questions in the Comments section of the post. I also saw that there is a disclaimer saying not to do that.

  The problem is that this notice is below the comments section at the bottom of the page where it won’t be seen by commentators.

  Further compounding the issue is that the notice is only visible when signed out of WordPress. Once you log in, the notice disappears completely.

  Maybe something can be changed to place the notice above the comments section and to keep it present once logged in?
