WordPress No Longer Connected to Jetpack
-
Hello all. I currently run my own website (www.eltexperiences.com) and early this morning, my website host had a Hosting Outage. Since then, my website is no longer visible on WordPress.com – I just have a blank screen – and I can only access WordPress via ‘wp-admin’ on my website.
When access ‘wp-admin’, Jetpack is no longer used and it tells me to activate it. When I do this, an error pops up.
I have been in touch with my hosting company but they told me that as it is hosted on WordPress, I have be in touch with WordPress and they cannot do anything.
I need some help and my technical know-how is limited. 😭

Hello there,
I see the domain name servers for: http://www.eltexperiences.com are pointing toward WordPress.com, using:
ns1.wordpress.com ns2.wordpress.com ns3.wordpress.comWas this site originally hosted with 1and1 Ionas? If yes, you would need to point the domain back to their servers…
I hope this helps so far.
