WordPress No Longer Loads Properly in my Safari Browser

    A few days ago, WordPress stopped loading properly in my Safari Browser. I’m using Firefox right now to send this message. It still functions okay if you can see the buttons. What’s happening is on the top & left side, everything seems to be squished together.. How can I fix this? I’ve been using WP form months without a problem.

    I have this same problem as of Wednesday March 23rd. Have cleared cache, reset Safari etc. Spoke to Apple, they have no solution. WP told me to update my browser, Apple says I don’t have to.

    2 blogs: fromfieldtofire.com and lindafoy.com

    Same date as when mine when it went screwy. I forgot to post in the original post, I am on the free WordPress site. Are you was well? Also, the only other thing which should have nothing to do with this, is that go daddy is going out of business. The very same day I got an email, from them, is the day it went wonky. I use them for another site I have, which is totally unrelated to the site.

    If you are not running the most recent stable version of your browser(s) go to http://browsehappy.com to upgrade please.

    If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
    (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
    (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
    (c) Exactly what you experience including exactly what any error reports you receive state.
    (d) Screenshots can be helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ or http://cloudup.com to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

    FIXED: I didn’t realize there was some sort of security update for my Mac. Once I did that, can resolve the issue.

  • There have been a couple of updates recently on OSX.

    Please, everyone having any safari issue, update your computer/browser and report back. It would be nice to narrow this down and make sure it isn’t related to the update.
