WordPress not accessible in Pakistan

  Hello support!
  I’ve been trying to access WordPress.com from Pakistan based IP address but it is continuously saying that the site is prohibited.
  Her is the screenshot http://prntscr.com/6jws36
  I can’t access my Dashboard either nor the forums contact or anything with WordPress in its URL. (Sending this request by the help of VPN).
  Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
