WordPress not allowing me to transfer in my domain name from register.com

I’ve been trying for weeks to transfer cloudspin.com (I own it) from register.com to WordPress. The wordpress transfer tool continually says the transfer is pending but will not let me enter the transfer code provided by register.com. I really need to get this completed and I am very disappointed with wordpress tech support.
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
