WordPress not allowing to do update

I tried to update some of my pluggins but I was unable to do so
The site I need help with is http://www.epiccosmeticsstudio.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
