WordPress not displaying properly in my browser

  I have an interesting issue with how WordPress is displaying im my browser. I am using Firefox 19.0.2 (Win 7) and when I open WordPress to log in to my blog..the log-in page and all following pages do not display correctly. Its as if I am getting an “index” type menu. Also my blog does not show up on this computer as it should. On my laptop everything displays correctly using Firefoz19.0.2 and Win 7. I am using the Ocean Mist theme. It is difficult to explain so an image will show best what I am talking about. the screen capture can be found here
