WordPress not getting the api response from shiprocket

    hello team…just want to know…our connection with shiprocket has been established successfully and orders are also syncing from WooCommerce to shiprocket panel. But still, there is an issue when shiprocket sends the command it will not update in woo-commerce.
    For example, if the customer’s order is delivered it is automatically updated in the woo-commerce panel via shiprocket API. B

    But as of now, it’s not working none of the commands are accepted by woo-commerce sending from shiprocket.

    I also contacted shiprocket for this are they are saying shiprocket triggered the command but refused by your woocoomerce.

    Mapping is also perfectly done.
