WordPress Not Letting Me Post

Hi WordPress people! I am having a real problem with the site this afternoon: I can search and access other people’s blogs okay and have been doing so all afternoon but then the site logged me out for no apparent reason. I logged back in and decided I wanted to post something new but I’ve just had the same blank screen with the message that there’s an error on the page coming up every time. I’ve done this a few times, but I can’t add a new post at all.
Also, the site is extremely slow today and my broadband is working at full speed (other sites are working very quickly). Is there something wrong with WordPress at the minute?

Yep, me too, it’s been playing silly buggers for hours. I got so fed up trying to work on a long post I tried to save it to Draft – and it crashed. Hope I haven’t lost the damn thing. Most of it’s still in Word, but I’ve done a hell of lot of tweaking online and I will not be happy if it is lost!
I’ve added a modlook tag, see if that helps.

I think you’ve been quick and it seems to be letting me post again. Of course, I had a frustrating quarter of an hour of downtime but now everything seems to be fine. Hope this isn’t just a phase but if you’ve really solved it that was both fast and effective!

@ronsrealm If you possibly can, try hitting the back button and you *might* be able to get the post data back. Also, check post revisions as soon as the site starts loading reliably.
