WordPress not loading data in ‘My Plans’

    It appears as if the nameserver records on my WordPress domain were recently changed, and my website is no longer connected properly. I logged into WordPress to take a look at the issue, but there is no information loading under ‘My Plans’. WordPress should be showing my active domain here, but instead is not loading data.

    Please explain or troubleshoot this error.

    Today, my website is down with the error ‘DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN’. I’ve realized through research that my domain status is apparently in clientHold. It looks like is likely due to a WDRP bounce back, where I need to complete the registrant verification. I’ve looked in my email inbox/spam, and I don’t think I have missed any recent ICANN verification emails. Is there a new email that can be sent to verify my information? How to I verify/update my ICANN information so my website is no longer in clientHold status?

    I am no longer able to verify my information through the WordPress.com interface because my domain information is not visible (due to clientHold status).

    Many sources have pointed me towards getting in touch with my registrar, Auttomatic, Inc. This forum is where Auttomatic’s support link directs me to, so I am hoping to find help here. For reference, my domain is http://www.meliorajournals.com

    Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
