WordPress not loading my sites

    My sites still exist and are searchable. However, I need to update my sites, but all administrative functions are frozen. It has been this way for quite some time, and I was hoping it was just a glitch and that I just needed to try again. Well, I did just that and–still–Wordpress won’t load any of my sites or stats, etc., so I can edit and add pages or posts. I cannot even get in contact with a tech support person. This is the most it will allow me to do. My bank was recently charged for the renewal of each one of my two domains, so I am all paid up.

    Hi there,

    I’m able to access the admin areas for all your sites without any issues, so the problem is most likely with your browser not loading some of the code the site needs to work.

    Clear your browser cache, make sure JavaScript is allowed in your browser, and disable any browser add-ons you might be using.

    If that doesn’t help, please check if using incognito mode or a different browser works. If possible, also check using a different internet connection, as that’s another possible cause here.

    Let us know what of that does/doesn’t work, and we can suggest next steps from there.
