WordPress Not Loading on backend or frontend of site

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

I was installing a plugin to waxnax.com when WordPress just stopped loading. Now it says that my sitespeed is too low to load the frontend or backend. I really need help with this immediately, as I’m not sure what the issue is.

  • Hi there,

http://waxnax.com/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
    https://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

That said, it sounds like there’s a plugin on your site which may be causing this issue for you. We do have a guide for troubleshooting plugin problems for WordPress.com sites; feel free to read it in case it can be useful for you too:
