wordpress not loading properly

    none of the wordpress sites on my laptop are opening properly. (nothing from wordpress.com to my blog to any other blog on wordpress) only content is visible, there are no menus or photographs displayed.

    I tried cleaning my cookies and cache. I tried changing my IP address too but nothing. Moreover all the devices running on my wifi system have the same problem.

    I am having this problem since three days. I did not change anything on my site before this so I don’t know what might have caused this.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like there might be a connection problem between your computer and WordPress.com. (That’s usually caused by a change your internet service provider makes, but I can help you troubleshoot the problem to try to find out what’s causing it.)

    Can you make a screenshot of what you see when you visit your WordPress.com blog? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or if that doesn’t work you can use an online service like Snaggy.
