WordPress not mapping with new domain/web hosting

Hello,
I’ve set up my own domain and web hosting (same company), but I’m having difficulty in mapping the domain with WordPress.com. I’ve gone through the instructions, I’ve added my domain in, and selected ‘map domain’ and PAID to do it, but it just redirected back to the black dashboard? I’ve checked with my web hoster who says everything is fine and pointing to WordPress and the DNS servers are fine, but got this message:
“it is showing a server error ” Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query”. This means that the domain name is not fully configured at WordPress. You need to contact them and verify if the DNS records for the domain name is setup properly on their server.”
I’m totally lost as to what to do. My page itself doesn’t even load; http://www.helloburdie.com
and Im feeling really lost as I cant access the admin dashboard online, it just doesn’t work.What do I do??? Please help!

Did you buy hosting also from Crazy Domains? Do you want your hosting at Crazy Domains? If so you need to change the name servers back to whatever Crazy Domains need and install the WordPress.ORG software – and you are in the wrong forum
Or do you want your hosting to be here at WordPress.COM? If so you still need to buy domain mapping to map helloburdie.com to helloburdie.wordpress.com.

Yes i did buy it from Crazy Domains, and they have already checked my account and said it was okay and that all the information was in there they needed. I just found that the theme I wish to use has stated to use wordpress.org – so I have downloaded that software. Sorry for the wrong post.
