wordpress not saving what is in the post- it’s saving less

Hello- I’ve been posting regularly for about 6 months, and the last 2 times I’ve posted, I’ve run into this problem. When I write a new post and then ‘save’ prior to previewing, what gets saved is not what’s in the “new post’ section. It’s a shortened version.. And I’ve lost text. I’ve resorted to copying and saving in a document prior to saving, because it’s happened twice.. Is there a new bug in the Posting software? One of these times the text actually overlapped when it saved, and I had to re-copy the same text into the ‘new post’ section. What was showing in the preview, was not showing in the “new post’ body- where you compose.. Does anybody have any thoughts? My posting is now taking twice as long… thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On my test blog, I just pasted in 2400 words with breaks and identifying text so that I could check to see if anything was missing, and it all came out fine on preview and when I posted it on my test blog.

Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

Is it just text that comes up missing, or is it an image or a video?

Are you trying to add some sort of embed code in the post such as javascript, flash or perhaps an iframe?

What browser and browser version are you using?

Have you tried a different browser?

Are you trying to add something in the post such as javascript

Also when you test, when you hit the “save” button, watch the bottom status bar in the browser window and make sure that the save operation completely finishes before you click the preview button.
