wordpress not sending email change confirmation email

I’m trying to change the email associated with the admin account on my wordpress blog http://www.thepracticalkitchenl.com and it keeps telling me that it will send an email to the new email address to confirm the change, but I’m not receiving the email at the new account. Has anyone else encountered this?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
