WordPress on Macbook

    I am using a MacBook OSX 10.6.1 and Firefox 3.6.3 and I have a lot of trouble with wordpress. I often get the error message “Server not found Problem Loading page” as if the address is incorrect. I get this message when I do anything on wordpress, like –

    * Opening any wordpress page (the homepage or any wordpress blog)
    * Using my blog to write or edit posts, upload pictures, check my dashboard
    * It has happened trying to submit this question!

    It only happens sometimes and then 5 minutes later it will work or if I open and close Firefox it works again. When I am trying to upload a picture or publish a post I have to reload the page until it works, taking me much, much longer than it should.

    I had the same problems on Safari. I thought macs were supposed to be infallible?

    Hello,

    The problem you are describing sounds like you are having a problem reaching the servers at WordPress.com using your Internet connection. Do you have other computers there on the same connection that are able to use WordPress.com without the same issues?
