WordPress on Raspberry pi server

  • Unknown's avatar

I have successfully installed WP as part of a LAMP stack on my RPi. But I cannot work out how to develop a web site from my development PC using Pi as a server. FTP is all set up and working on the Pi so I can communicate OK from my development PC.
A site made using WP on the Pi, i.e. working directly with the Pi itself does not display images correctly when viewed on my development PC apparently due to a confusion about image location. In the old days I would have built the site using html on my development machine and FTP’d index.html etc to the server. What is the equivalent process using WP?

    Hope this makes sense! Thanks,

    John
