WordPress or REST API is Disabled

  I am new to this and trying to open a New On Line Store, while going through the Process, everything seem to be going well, then once some Customer attempting to purchase, they were not allowed to complete purchase, and in the Admin it reflects they attempted to order and stuck on Processing, then while trouble shooting I was directed to “Connect store to WooCommerence, following their instruction I immediately received in “RED” this error message ” Your Site is not driven by WordPress or REST API is Disabled with no instructions on how to proceed and repair ?? HELP PLEASE

  after going to https://artstepstudiocreations.store/wp-json/wp/v2/posts , it looks like your WordPress Rest API is disabled.

  try: Visit “Settings” ➜ “Permalinks” within WordPress and make sure structure is not set as “plain” click “Save changes”.

  What do you recommend ?? it is currently set as:

  Custom Structure

  Customize permalink structure by selecting available tagshttps://artstepstudiocreations.store

  /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
