  I had Findnbeauty.com @ siteground.com with wordpress.org & my year was up I never got anywhere but paid to keep my domain

  You are in the wrong support forum. You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com. WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.
