  Your site krell-mach.cz is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Endora.cz. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

  @courier247 – Your site also is not hosted by us. Your hosting provider is Siteground and therefore you need to contact them regarding your issue.
