  Hi all, I would like to know what’s the different between WordPress.com and WordPress.org? Is it possible to upgrade to WordPress after using WordPress.com? And I am using PayPal to pay and it is not going through to PayPal. What must I do ?

  Is it possible to upgrade to WordPress after using WordPress.com?

  It is possible to move from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress.org site if you change your mind at a later date — any plans you purchase on WordPress.com won’t be needed if you move to a self hosted site.

  And I am using PayPal to pay and it is not going through to PayPal. What must I do ?

  I can see you have tried to upgrade and are being redirected to PayPal but the payment isn’t going through on their end so I recommend contacting them for more information about why this is happening. We also support payments with credit and debit cards so you could pay that way if you prefer:
