WordPress.org lock out

  Hello,
  It seems I am locked out of my wordpress.org site. I tried to reset my password but didn’t receive email confirmation for it. Now when I go to 7seasonsstyle.com/wp-admin only gets me an ‘error’ page. Any suggestions?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note: I am under the assumption you are locked out of 7seasonsstyle.com and not http://7seasonsstyle.wordpress.com/

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider (SoftLayer)

  Hi there,

  Just noting that if I try to go to 7seasonsstyle.com/wp-admin it’s redirecting me to the login page at https://www.7seasonsstyle.com/wp-login.php as it’s supposed to, so this might just be a browser issue. Please see if clearing your browser cache makes any difference.
