    I was attempting to log in to a recent WordPress.org account and some how I ended up here. I’m confused.

    Hi, I already have an account https://evidenceflavour.com/ but I would like to change everything, i’m starting a new bussiness about clothes with my friends, and we would like to change the name of the url , have an email account , making sales is it possible to change my plan and starting from zero?
    i want to close https://evidenceflavour.com/ and start a diferent one.

    @jlvinhos, are you the same person as lamonawhitt? If not, please don’t post into completely unrelated threads created by other users.

    Account refers to a username like lamonawhitt or jlvinhos. https://evidenceflavour.com/ is a site that belongs to your account.

    A custom domain like evidenceflavour.com cannot be changed. It can only be replaced. In other words, you’ll have to go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and register the new domain that you want. You’ve already used the free domain in your plan, so you’ll have to pay for the new domain separately.

    Then you can either cancel evidenceflavour.com, or leave it to expire in April next year. If you do choose to cancel you will not receive a refund for the recent renewal, as it has already been much longer than 48 hours since that domain was last renewed.

    Once you have the domain that you want on the site you can add email. You can either buy G Suite from Google directly from us, or you can set up email at another email provider and add that to your domain.

    I’m not sure what you mean. Your site is currently on the Premium Plan. If you want to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan, you can do that from My Site ->Plans. You should receive an automatic discount based on the amount you already paid for the existing Premium Plan.

    If you want to delete the current site completely and start a brand new site you can do that as well.

    To create a new site, go to https://wordpress.com/start/site/

    But https://evidenceflavour.com/ is already past the refund period. If you cancel the upgrades on that site we might still be able to process a refund for the plan, but the domain cannot be refunded any more.
