  Firstly you need to understand the difference between WordPress.com vs WordPress.org please got thorough: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  If you wish to use WordPress.com features on your Self hosted WordPress.org site then you need to connect it with the Jetpack:

  You’ll be able to use the same dashboard as a WordPress.com site:

  https://jetpack.com/features/
