  I can get into admin page, but it looks very different than it used to. And when I click on any of the text links I get a 404 error saying I don’t have access

  Hi there, what site are you working on and where are you logging in, here on WordPress.com (via the jetpack plugin) or directly on your WP site’s log-in page?

  If you are logging in here on WordPress.com through a jetpack connection, you’ll see a link at the bottom of your sidebar to WP-Admin which will bring you to your site’s dashboard and then you’ll need log in with your WP site credentials.

  If you are logging in directly on your WP site, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
