WordPress.org Themes available to Business Plan users?

    Hi! Can someone confirm that all themes seen here at https://wordpress.org/themes/ are available to Business Plan users of WordPress.com? The ones seen under dot com at https://wordpress.com/ are limited in scope.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Yes! The WordPress.com Business plan gives you access to third-party themes, so you can upload themes from other sources, including those available on the WordPress.org repository.
