  Hello,
  I created a website by mistake with wordpress.com : I can’t use the theme we bought (Notio). So we would like to change and use wordpress.org. Would you be so kind as to reimburse this purchase?

  I can’t use the theme we bought (Notio).

  It would be possible to install Notio theme on WordPress.com but you would need to purchase the Business plan first — it’s the only plan that supports the use of custom themes.

  So we would like to change and use wordpress.org.

  If you would rather create a site using WordPress.org software, laphenomena.fr can be pointed to your new host by changing the name servers:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  Newly registered domains are transfer locked for the first 60 days (standard practice among registrars). Once that period has passed, laphenomena.fr can be transferred to your new host.
