WordPress owns my old domain. How do I get it back?

  Hello,

  I used WordPress to create a website or blog sometime ago under http://www.virtuallyperfected.com. This domain hasn’t been used since I last used it, yet it is not available to register and WHOis.net says WordPress is the registrar URL. Can anyone assist me with learning how I can get this back?

  You can transfer the domain following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  But, you will need to be logged in as the account which owns the domain, which is not the account you’re currently logged in as.
