WordPress Page issues

Hello there, from last 2 days i am facing huge issues regarding building a website, from last 2 days i am not able to install any plugins, themes even not able to operate the whole WordPress site, when i install any plugin or themes the error or failed message comes. please rectify this issue asap.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different. You would need to have our business plan on the account in order to add plugins to the site.
