WordPress Permalinks Custome Structure Not working for my Website Blogs

Hi I have Set a custome permalink Structure for my website blogs, which was working from past 2 years, today i just Checked my permalink custom Structure not working, For example i have set a Custom Permalink structure for blog like this https://edurely.com/blog/ccnp-enterprise-exam-preparation-guide-and-tips/ but now its redirected to my Home page, and now this blog is visible on this URL https://edurely.com/ccnp-enterprise-exam-preparation-guide-and-tips/ I have go to setting and permalinks and AGAIN I change to custom structure, But i am unable to update, when i click on update after adding custom structre it will remain same to post name, why this is happening can anyone help me on this? I have tried multiple times.
