WordPress person did not show up for meeting/online chat. Please refund upgrade – less than 30 days

Since that time, due to the frustration I have felt with this service (or lack of service – b/c I switched my entire day around to work with the customer service person), I would like a refund of the upgrade. To be clear, I thought that the upgrade would allow me to expand my blog to a full website and did not do this. I am not the most tech savvy person, and so really needed to be able to make contact with someone to discuss these things. In any case, I found another provider to be much more accessible and easier to use for my needs and have transferred the domain name over. I will be looking out for the refund the the upgrade to this site and had wanted to request that earlier, but wordpress did not show up for the live chat. Thank you.

You can request a refund from the “Purchase page” if you have not crossed the period of 30 days from the date you’ve upgraded the plan.

I can see that the WordPress.com business plan was cancelled and refunded on August 1st. Typically it takes about ten days for those funds to find their way back to you.
If you have not received the refund you will need to contact the financial party used. They’ll be able to tell you when to expect the funds. Once we release the money we no longer have control over it.
