  I really need help logging into my company’s blog: http://belvedereandco.com/oneeastchase/. I recently took over the marketing position here and the username/password info passed on to me is inaccurate. I have no way of verifying via e-mail that I am the owner of this page. I would really like to speak with someone about this matter.

  It looks like your company blog is running a self-hosted version of WordPress. As this forum is for sites hosted on WordPress.COM, I’m afraid we can’t really help you.

  If you need access to the site, your best bet is to work with your host. According to your whois record that would be BlueHost.

  If that doesn’t work, the people in the support forum for self-hosted WordPress sites might have other ideas. The link below will take you to that forum:

  I just took a gig doing this company’s site. The person who did all the work on on it left the country unannounced and can’t be reached. The owner has no way of logging in. Any idea how we can get in? Site is http://larixlandscape.ca/

  @hiyoh your site is also self hosted, so my advice to belvederebride would also apply to you. Do you know where the site is hosted?

  Thanks for the reply. Whois says registrar is GoDaddy. Have had account w/them for years so will call. Thanks again!
