To my knowledge, WordPress doesn’t own a bank of royalty-free pictures. That being said, you can make a small search on the internet for ‘royalty-free images’ or read that very useful article ( http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-find-royalty-free-images-for-your-wordpress-blog-posts/ ) that will give you a lot of information for images.
