WordPress plan help
-
Hello, first off I find it ridiculous how I have purchased a premium plan on March 9 and if I need tech support it takes a week before I get a reply. What has happened to me is that I wanted to try out a business plan after my purchase for the premium plan. After trying it out for 5 days, I decided to not go with the business plan anymore and cancelled it. I was expecting to go back to a premium plan, however, now I am stuck in this ‘free plan’ status. When I asked for support the first time, I received a comment saying that you should have contacted WordPress first. Knowing that it takes a week before I get a reply, I figured it would be easier to just cancel my business plan. Now I am waiting to hear a reply about how to get back onto a premium plan, the exact plan that I have originally purchased in the first place. I don’t want to spend money to have 2 premium plans, I have already purchased this plan on March 9, 2023. Can some tech advisor please just go to my file and accept my account to premium plan please. That is all I want. I am a patient guy but any more days of waiting for a response and I am ready to end being a customer for wordpress. Thank you.

Hi there!
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like it took us longer to reply because your site is currently on the free plan. Our priority support (and live chat) is available to sites with active Premium or higher plans.
I’ve restored the original Premium plan you had on your site. Please follow the steps here to set up a primary address on your site:
Your primary site address is the domain that people will see in their browser’s address bar when they visit your site. It is the address you use to promote your website. With a WordPress.com plan, you can set a custom domain as the primary site address. Without a paid plan, all custom domain(s) on the site will automatically redirect to your free .wordpress.com or .wpcomstaging.com site addressI’d also like to take this opportunity to learn more about the site you’re creating with us. Would you mind telling us more about your new site? What’s the site for, and what features do you need on the site? Based on your site requirements, we’ll be happy to share specific guides and suggestions and help you accordingly.
