  You can make as many websites as you want with any plan.
  If you want to learn more about different plans and upgrading, go to My Site > Plans or https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/

  Hi,

  just to clarify, you can create multiple sites under your account but each site will require its own, separate plan.
